The yellow cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage only 2 miles from the Homosassa river.  The yellow cottage is located near all the attractions in old Homosassa.

The yellow cottage includes:

• a screened in porch

• a full kitchen including a stove, microwave, refrigerator and oven
• all cookware and linens 
• A pull out futon
• Connectable wifi

Rates

Nightly Rates:  $125-$145
Weekly Rates: $700-$900
Monthly Rates:​ $1,800-$2,400

Pet fee $50 per pet
Holiday surcharge $20 with a 3 night minimum
Cleaning fee on departure $75
extra person fee $20 per night (2 guest free/no charge for kids)
